Community Driven. Authentic Intelligence.
What We Do
We started with our proof of concept with craft beer... where we put the power and control of AI into the hands of craft beer lovers, so they can collaborate with brewers and join their quest to brew the perfect beer.
AI Enhanced Connection
Brewers and beer lovers have always had a special symbiotic relationship. Passionate customers have long provided valuable feedback to equally passionate producers. Deep Liquid's AI super charges this relationship and allows customers to connect directly with breweries that wish collaborate with their customers to create the best product. This AI driven engagement applies equally to all producers who wish to better engage with their customers.
Don't just drink the beer, help the brewers create it.
How We Do It
In 2021 Deep Liquid’s partners created a beer using Machine Learning that was trained with over 200,000 recipes and input from the brewing experts at Barossa Valley Brewing. The next step is to involve beer lovers to provide information so the beer can continue to improve. A QR code allows for ongoing beer reviews. This real time, information is converted by our AI into reports allowing customers to communicate directly with the Brewer.
"Using AI was by far the best way to connect with our fans. We try to listen to as many customers as possible, but we’re limited. Now we can literally listen to everyone. I definitely think it made the beer better." Head of Sales, Barossa Valley Brewing.
Customers engage with their favourite beers via a QR code, Deep Liquid’s AI analyses the feedback, which then helps brewers to create an improved product that reflects customer desires.
Just as we have done with beer we can do the same for most if not all consumer products.
